Refund Policy

Refund requests are available within five (5) calendar days of purchase for eligible paid programs.

Paid Programs

OM for Success paid programs are processed through ThriveCart with Stripe as the payment processor.
Refund requests must be submitted within five (5) calendar days of the original purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 5-day refund window, please contact ThriveCart directly to initiate your refund. Refunds are processed automatically through Stripe and cannot be handled via email.

When submitting your request through ThriveCart, please include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used at checkout
  • The product purchased
  • The purchase date

Refund requests submitted outside of ThriveCart.com cannot be processed.

After the 5-Day Window

No refunds are provided after the 5-day refund window has passed.

Non-Refundable Items

If a program includes immediate access to digital content, downloads, or streaming materials, the refund request must still be made within the 5-day window.

Free Programs

Free offerings do not involve payment and therefore do not have refunds.

ADBO LLC reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the eligibility requirements above.
